• Summer Student Employment Applications Now Available!! The Village has a variety of summer student employment positions to fill; maybe we have a summer job for you!!

Application forms are now available on-line and at the guidance offices at FHS, ESA or by stopping by the Village office at 584 New Maryland Hwy. The deadline for applications is March 30, 2012. 

 Applications must be completed fully with a résumé and a copy of certificates/training attached. Below is a tentative list of summer student positions with the Village and their job descriptions

• Recreation Day Camp Counsellor (Five Positions, Full-time, 10 Weeks)

• Recreation Day Camp Supervisor (One Position, Full-time, 12 Weeks)

• Recreation Maintenance Labourer (Four Positions, Full-time, 14 Weeks)

• Recreation Maintenance Supervisor (One Position, Full-time, 16 Weeks)

• Recreation Rotating Playground Leader (Two Positions, Full-time, 10 Weeks)

• Recreation Summer Program Assistant (One Position Full-time, 14-16 Weeks)

• Recreation Tennis Instructor (Two Positions, Part-time, 8-10 Weeks)

• Public Works Maintenance Labourer (Four Positions, Full-time, 14-16 Weeks)

Please be advised that some of these positions are conditional on the availability of funding.

Applicants attending a post secondary institution in the fall must register with the Provincial SEED program.  Applications for the SEED Program can be obtained at the Village Office, Service NB (Queen Street), the Regional Post-Secondary Education & Training office (470 York Street) 444-4418, High School Guidance Offices, Universities, and College’s.
