PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Community Planning Act, S.N.B. (2017) Chapter C-19 and amendments thereto, the Council of the Village of New Maryland intends to consider requested amendments to Zoning By-Law No. 04-2016.
Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment No. 04-01-2018 has been requested to re-zone the property at 6 Baker Brook Court (PID 75065078) from a Residential (R-2) Zone to a Residential (R-3) Zone to allow, subject to terms and conditions, the future development of a proposed one-storey, four-unit row dwelling development.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Village Municipal Office, 584 New Maryland Highway, New Maryland, New Brunswick to consider comments in support of, or opposition to, the proposed amendment. Any person wishing to speak for or against the proposed by-law amendment may do so at that time. Written comments in objection to, or in support of, the proposed by-law amendment are requested to be delivered to the undersigned prior to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018.
