URBAN DESIGN STANDARDS AND PUBLIC REALM GUIDELINES
Reference Number: RFP 2020-DSD1
The Village of New Maryland (VONM) wishes to solicit proposals for professional municipal planning and design services including, but not limited to, the preparation of Urban Design Standards and Public Realm Guidelines. The deliverable will direct the future design of public and private spaces for the Village urban core along NB Route 101 and will foster a distinct community identity.
The submitted proposals will form the basis for the evaluation and possible selection of a qualified consultant capable of carrying out the work defined in the Request for Proposal.
The submission deadline is Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
